Viber…WeChat…Line…and now we have KakaoTalk. These messaging apps have been kind of aggressive with their marketing lately as they have released their own commercials and picked local endorsers to promote their product. Aside from the TV commercial featuring our very own Sarah Geronimo with Korea’s Big Bang, they have recently released a promo for their users wherein they’re giving away gadgets as prizes.
Contest Mechanics:

2. Take a wacky selfie / groupie photo with up to 4 of your friends / family / colleagues / team mates.
3. Post your wacky groupie photo on www.facebook.com/KakaoTalkPH and put a catchy caption with the hashtag #KakaoWackyGroupie. Don't forget to tag www.facebook.com/KakaoTalkPH, yourself and your 3 friends in the picture.
4. Share your photo and encourage your friends to join and like KakaoTalkPH Facebook page as well as your photo entry.

Note: Photo entry may be composed of 2 to 4 people. If their entry wins, the number of gadgets to be won will be dependent on how many they are in the photo not exceeding 4 people. For example if the wacky groupie is composed of 3 people, they will just win 3 gadgets.
A photo entry may also have more than 4 people in it but if this photo entry wins, they will just get 4 units of the prize allocated for the winning entry.
Entries are qualified for the week it is entered. New photos must be submitted to qualify to the contest for the new week. One entry per person per week only is allowed.
