For every P300 single-receipt purchase of Sling Slippers, just present your SM Advantage, BDO Rewards, or Mom Card and you get 1 electronic raffle entry. For temporary card users, make sure that you submit your membership application form prior to the draw date. Promo runs from November 1 – 30, 2013 at any SM Store nationwide.
Electronic raffle draw is on December 10, 2013.
Raffle Guidelines:

1. There will be five (5) lucky winners of a 32GB Apple iPad Mini with retina display and Wi-Fi.
2. Prizes are transferrable and non-convertible to cash.
3. Green Grass Marketing shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P 10,000.
4. Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone call on the details of the prizes within fifteen (15) days after the draw date.
5. Member may only win once.
6. Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prizes.
7. After the 60 day period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
8. Winner must present two (2) valid government issued ID’s (Driver’s License, SSS ID, Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN etc.) together with notification letter and SM Advantage, SM Prestige, BDO Rewards or Mom Card. If someone else will claim the prize, representative should present the following:
   • Authorization letter from the winner
   • Photocopy of the two government issued ID’s of both the winner and the representative as well as a photocopy of the winner’s SM Advantage, SM Prestige, BDO Rewards or Mom Card.
9. Metro Manila winners may claim their prizes at LTBG Management Corp., SM Corporate Offices, Building D, J.W.Diokno, Boulevard, Mall of Asia Complex, CBP-1A, Pasay City. Non-Metro Manila winners may claim their prizes at the branch nearest them.
10. Employees of Green Grass Marketing, The SM Store, their affiliates and their sister subsidiary companies, their accredited advertising agencies and suppliers and their families and relatives to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in this promo. Green Grass Marketing and The SM Store may disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners as they deem appropriate.
