Wafu Celebrates 4th Anniversary: Unveils New Executive Chef and New Menu

Bryan Tiu, the man behind some of our favorite restaurants such as Teriyaki Boy, Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken, and Ichiba: Japanese Market, started Wafu in the year 2012. With its first branch located in Greenhills, Wafu has redefined Japanese dining experience by combining authentic Japanese cuisine with lavishly designed interiors.

There are three main areas in Wafu:

Main Dining Area featuring high ceiling and sophisticated interiors
3 Lotus Pod dining tables by designer Amy Pamintuan

Teppanyaki Area at the 2nd floor features skilled chefs preparing food right in front of you

And some more photos of the place:

As Wafu unveils a new chapter in their story, it just proves that they're serious in delivering quality authentic Japanese food. Joining the kitchen team is Wafu's new Executive Chef, Onishi Nobuyoshi, or better known as Chef Nobu. With over 30 years of professional experience, Chef Nobu ensures that every dish served follows the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
