Konnichi-WOAH! Dance your way to Japan in Jack 'n Jill Calbee's #DoTheCalbeats Online Dance Challenge

Dance crew from different universities battled it out on stage in Jack 'n Jill Calbee's Dance to the Calbeats Competition that was held at the Trinoma Activity Center.

Of all the six groups who showed off their skills on the dance floor and took on Yassi Pressman's newest dance challenge, the PUP Power Impact Dancers came on top and brought home the grand prize of P70,000. Among the groups who took on the challenge are UE Extreme Squad (1st Runner Up) of University of the East, UPM Indayog Dance Varsity (2nd Runner Up) of UP Manila, LSDC Street of De La Salle University, and Adamson Cast of Adamson University.





You too can take on the challenge and win a Trip to Japan!

Yes, that's right! Jack 'n Jill has brought the competition online and is giving away a Trip for Four to Japan. Here's how you can join:

1. Like the Jack ‘N Jill Calbee Facebook Page or follow @jacknjillcalbee on Instagram

2. Do a dance cover of the Honey Butter Calbeats Dance Craze choreography and you must include the Jack 'N Jill Calbee signature move. You can also be creative with costumes and props. Participants may have a solo or group performance (not exceeding 4 members).




3. Upload your video on Facebook or Instagram with the caption:

“I/We’re joining the #DoTheCalBeats #HoneyButterFever Craze! Can you beat this? #PotatoPros” 

    Posts should be set to "Public" and don't you forget to include those hashtags.


Criteria for judging is as follows:

Choreography and timing – 30%
Creativity and uniqueness – 30%
Overall performance – 40%

Three winners will receive Jack ‘N Jill Calbee gift packs (chips + merchandise) and one winner of a TRIP FOR 4 TO JAPAN!
