Mossimo Fall 2017 features designs inspired by the War for the Planet of the Apes movie

Last night, we were able to witness the epic battle between man and apes as the latest installment of the Planet of the Apes movie franchise. The War for the Planet of the Apes is quite interesting as it focused on the revenge of the apes against man. As I was watching, I do not really know whose side to take until the movie is halfway towards the end. Though Colonel McCullough made sense in his purpose of brewing up a war against the incredibly intelligent apes, my sympathy still goes to the latter. The creators did a really good job in building up the story of both sides and it'll be up to you which side you'll choose. Oh, and introducing Bad Ape in the film made it more interesting and less dragging! His character added light amidst the war.

Win Movie Passes for Spiderman: Homecoming from Oppo

It was a night of an epic ride as Spider-man brought us along in his adventure in OPPO's block screening of the Spider-man: Homecoming at the 4DX Cinema in Bonifacio Global City.

It was a totally different experience having seen Spider-man swing and jump through buildings with the 4DX's moving chairs and big fans that instantly transported us right into the action. But, if you're someone who has motion sickness and easily gets dizzy, you might want to pass 4DX and catch it in a regular cinema instead. 




The latest reboot of the Spider-man movie is quite refreshing to see. With Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) keeping an eye on him, the young Peter Parker (Tom Holland) struggled on going his own way just to prove he deserves a seat in the Avengers league. Despite some of his rookie actions, Parker still managed to regain Stark's trust towards the end. And speaking of the end, don't you miss that mid and post-credits scenes. :)

HOOQ Joins Spider-man Homecoming World Premiere

HOOQ, the largest video-on-demand service in Southeast Asia recently brought Filipino social media superstars Donnalyn Bartolome and Wil Dasovich to the world premiere of Spider-Man Homecoming last June 28, 2017 at the TCL Chinese Theaters in Hollywood, U.S.A. for a once in a lifetime experience. 

Joining them were Sheila Paul, Head of Marketing for HOOQ Philippines and YouTube producer/manager Jako de Leon.

The Philippine entourage was able to meet Spider-Man cast members Laura Harrier who plays Spider-Man's love interest Liz, as well as Filipino-American actor Jacob Batalon in a breakthrough role as Spider-Man's best friend Ned.

They were also able to meet internet superstar Zach King, Orange is the New Black Star Selenis Leyva, US Champion ice dancers Alex and Maia Shibutani among others.

Spider-Man Homecoming will be released in the Philippines on July 6, 2017.  

The film stars Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Jon Favreau, Donald Glover, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tyne Daly, Marisa Tomei, and Robert Downey Jr. 

In Spider-Man: Homecoming, Peter Parker tries to balance high school life with being a superhero. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, young Peter Parker returns home to live with his Aunt May.
