Jollibee is giving away 5 brand new Ford Fiestas with Drive Thru in Jollibee Drive Home a Ford promo. Be one of the 5 lucky winners with every drive thru transactions at any Jollibee stores nationwide. Here are the promo mechanics:

1. Promo is from September 15 to December 31, 2013.
2. Every Php 150.00 single receipt purchase entitles customer one (1) raffle coupon and a chance to win one (1) of five (5) units of the new Ford Fiesta
3. Promo is valid for drive thru transactions only.
4. For every Php 150.00 drive thru purchase, Jollibee's drive thru cashier will give the customer his/her coupon/s upon payment of food items. After customer receives the coupon/s, the receipt will then be stamped by the drive thru cashier with Redeemed.
5. The raffle coupon should be filled out by the customer with his/her name, address, contact number, and signature. This part of the coupon should be torn off and is the one to be dropped off by the customer in the raffle box. The remaining part of the coupon is for the claiming of the prize.
6. Customer has the option to drop his/her filled out coupon/s in the raffle box located at the drive thru cashier window at any Jollibee Drive Thru store nationwide.
7. Prizes at stake:
   
   Five units of Ford Fiesta 1.5L AT Trend Hatchback (Red) with normal standard warranty, but no insurance provided.
   
   a. 1 unit for Metro Manila winner
   b. 1 unit for North Luzon (provincial) winner
   c. 1 unit for South Luzon (provincial) winner
   d. 1 unit for Visayas winner
   e. 1 unit for Mindanao winner
8. 20% of winner’s tax will be shouldered by Jollibee Foods Corporation.
9. The raffle draw is scheduled on January 14, 2014 at 4PM at 32F Jollibee Plaza, Ortigas.
10. A customer can only win once during the promo period.
11. Deadline of submission of entries is 12MN of December 31, 2013.
12. Sealed drop boxes shall be collected on January 3, 2014.
13. Winners will be notified through registered mail and via phone call within 14 days from the draw date. List of winners will also be posted in Jollibee’s website and drive thru stores nationwide.
14. JFC reserves the right to use the names and images of the winners for publicity and promotion purposes.
15. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash. Unit’s registration, insurance and accessories shall be shouldered by the winner.
16. To claim the prize, winners must present: a) Notification letter from Jollibee, b) Winning raffle stub, c) 2 valid IDs.
17. Winners may claim their prizes from Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4PM only
    For Metro Manila, North, and South Luzon winners – Ford Global City
    For Visayas winner: Ford Cebu
    For Mindanao winner: Ford Davao
18. If the winner is a minor, photocopy of his/her guardian’s TIN shall instead be submitted. A proof of relationship must also be presented, such as birth certificate or a notarized affidavit of guardianship.
19. In case of “lost” winning raffle stub, winner must present: a) Notarized Affidavit of Loss, b) notification letter from Jollibee, c) 2 valid IDs
20. Claims through a representative should present: a) Duly notarized authorization letter, b) Notification letter from Jollibee, c) winning raffle stub, d) 2 valid IDs of winner, and e) 2 valid IDs of authorized representative.
21. Claiming of prizes is until 60 days from receipt of registered mail.
22. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of JFC with prior DTI approval.
23. DTI rep should be present during the raffle draw.
24. The promo organizer’s decision is final with the concurrence of DTI.
25. All employees of JFC, Ford Group Phils, and Jollibee franchises including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
