While Samsung and Apple are busy fighting over who’s the best smartphone provider, other mobile players are quickly emerging and penetrating the market. I’ve tried several budget phones and I can say they can pretty much compete with the top mobile companies.
ZTE, one of the top tech companies in China, has recently introduced its newest mobile devices to the market: Blade Vector 4G, Blade Vector Pro, and Nubia Z5 S Mini. I got the privilege to have a first-hand experience on the Blade Vector 4G and here are the top 5 things I loved about it:
DESIGN
The unit’s design is very basic and I love it! It’s sleek and very handy with a dimension of 142.3x70.4x7.8mm. I also find it’s Carbon Fiber Casing really cool.
CAMERA
This is one of the features highlighted by ZTE. Blade Vector 4G boasts a 13MP rear camera and a 2MP front cam (8MP rear and 1MP front cam also available depending on the market). It also has an air gesture where your two fingers serve as your clicker. Aside from this, you may also bid goodbye to Hyperlapse and Framelapse because this phone’s camera has it’s own timelapse feature.

TOUCHPAL X
I'm a big fan of a third-party keyboard app called Swype so I bought a license and am currently using it as the default keyboard on my phone. I love it because it's easier to compose a message or write an email by just swiping through the keys. And, yeah, it's so accurate (at least for English words but you can add your commonly used words in its built-in dictionary). In ZTE Blade Vector 4G, there's no need to purchase a separate license or install a third-party app because they already have it built-in! It's called Touchpal X and it works very similar with Swype.

(VERY USEFUL) PRE-INSTALLED APPSI’ve already tried several phones and one of the major concerns I have is that these phones got tons of pre-installed apps that isn’t really useful at all (at least that’s for me)! Right off the box, I checked what’s in ZTE Blade Vec 4G and was surprised that the apps I downloaded and is regularly using on my current phone are already pre-installed!
With all the cool features and quite competitive specs, you can get this smartphone for only PHP10,590. And, for only limited time, Lazada is offering it for only PHP9,990!
