Martin del Rosario Welcomes Party Goers To His Newest Bar Business: The Armory

Just last May 20, Martin del Rosario has officially opened his newest bar business: The Armory. Located along Congressional Avenue Extension in Quezon City, The Armory's strategic location is a perfect alternative for those who are sick and tired of the traffic and congestion in common party areas like The Fort, Makati, Ortigas, and Tomas Morato.

Outside, you'll already get a hint of what it is to expect in terms of the design with its barracks-themed facade. I really loved the rustic and rugged feel of the interiors. No lavish furnitures nor fancy chandeliers. The combination of wood, concrete, and steel already does the trick in providing the guests a homy and unintimidating comfort place.

The bar has two areas that everyone can enjoy. If you're up with just chilling and hanging out with your friends, The Bunker located at the first floor is perfect for you. If you're up for partying all night with the DJ and all that, The Armory proper at the second floor will surely be your fave spot.

People started piling up outside waiting for the bar to officially open. Of course, we got the privilege to roam around the place and had a quick li'l chat with Martin.

"I've always been into business. 'Di din kasi forever and pag-aartista. Kailangan may fallback or sideline man lang" said the 23-year-old Del Rosario, who heads a group of other young entrepreneurs.

Party goers of all ages are very much welcome to The Armory

When asked, Martin said everyone is welcome to visit their place. If you're lucky enough, you can even get the chance to interact with him and have your drinks prepared by Martin himself! Yup, he underwent a two-week bartending course with "The Barman" Dondz Bolante. That's how hands on he is with his new business. He's even done marketing, looking for sponsors, securing permits, monitoring their social media, and other kinds of legwork.

Martin has shared so much about his new business and his future plans as well so just watch this video of our interview with him:

The Bunker is open all days of the week, while The Armory is only open from Wednesday to Sunday. For more information, you may follow them on Facebook (TheArmoryQC) and Instagram (TheArmory_QC).
