Christmas is in the air. I know it is not just about gift-giving, but wouldn't you feel special if you receive one? What more if it looks something that is well-thought of and perfectly matches your personality?
Grassroots has officially launched their newest gift-wrapping service, Present Perfect, just in time for the holiday season. And, mind you, it isn't as expensive as you think. Though there are some that offer free gift-wrapping service, Grassroots offer theirs starting from Php55. It's pretty much reasonable especially that their designs are well-handcrafted and they are made of locally produced indigenous materials.
During the event, we were lucky to have met Grassroots Vice President and Creative Director, Ms. Jean Guerrero-Bautista. She's the woman behind the beautiful designs of the Present Perfect collections. She's also a nationalist and loves indigenous materials that's why most of the items you'll see in Grassroots, as well as the gift wraps are made of locally produced and recycled materials. We were asked to bring an item at the event so we can try the newest gift-wrapping service of Grassroots for free! Take a closer look at this design I chose for my item:
It's a recycled newspaper printed with a nice pattern and topped with a red paper raffia ribbon. It's quite easy to make but not all has the luxury of time or the skills to personalize each gift we're giving. That is what urged Ms. Jean to launch Present Perfect.
Present Perfect will be available starting November 13, 2015 only at Grassroots Greenbelt 5 branch. This year, they are releasing three different collections:

These are eco-friendly kraft paper combined with classic Christmas or nautical accents
CONTEMPORARY
Bold red and black fabrics and silkscreened materials combined with stylish and perfectly-sized kraft boxes
ELEGANCE
Gold, silver, and burgundy bows adorn muted cream and metallic boxes, while silken abaca and gold leaves top them off with a stylish flourish
